Quail Valley Farm is located in Ruidoso Downs, in the Sacramento Mountains of South Central New Mexico. Nestled along the banks of the Rio Ruidoso, fed by the melting snows from the highlands of the Sierra Blanca mountain rising to 12,000 feet above the surrounding high desert, the setting is rural and pristine, set apart from the noise and pollutants of the modern world.

We raise only the finest quail. Quail Valley Farm raises Japanese Coturnix and Texas A&M quail for eggs, and have created three unique varieties of pickled quail eggs. Soon we hope to venture into other areas as well, such as meat production and flight-birds for the sportsman.

Ron and Netta Coleman designed the state-of-the-art facilities at the farm, including the modern barn and industrial kitchen. They have even designed their own cages and build them on site to house their flock. Every detail is designed to assure the highest quality standards and the health of our birds.
